I am formally requesting an immediate correction of inaccurate employment history reported on my credit file. Under FCRA 15 U.S.C. § 1681i, consumer reporting agencies are legally required to investigate and correct errors within 30 days of a dispute request.

File formal complaints with the CFPB, FTC, and my State Attorney General’s Office. Seek legal action under 15 U.S.C. § 1681n & § 1681o, holding your agency liable for statutory damages, punitive damages, and attorney fees.
This letter serves as formal legal notice. If I do not receive confirmation within 30 days, I will escalate this matter immediately.
